Terms of Service
The basics of using Masked. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
The service
Masked is a privacy toolkit inside Telegram. It provides temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving one-time SMS verification codes (paid in Telegram Stars), along with free tools: Temp Mail disposable inboxes, Breach Check, and Fake ID. Additional services such as proxies may be added over time. Availability and pricing depend on upstream providers and can change at any time.
Payments & refunds
- The free tools cost nothing and require no payment.
- For paid services you see the price in Telegram Stars before you pay.
- If a number can't be procured, or no code arrives within the verification window, your Stars are refunded automatically.
- Once a verification code has been delivered, the order is complete and is not refundable.
Acceptable use
Don't use Masked for fraud, harassment, spam, impersonation, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the relevant service's jurisdiction. Numbers and inboxes are shared, temporary infrastructure – don't rely on them for long-term identity or for recovering access to accounts you can't otherwise reach. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep Masked running smoothly, but the service depends on Telegram and on upstream providers, and may be unavailable or limited at times. We may add, change, or remove services and countries as supply changes.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Upstream delivery can fail – which is exactly why undelivered orders are refunded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the Stars you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
